bad pain after hysterectomy

i've had bad pain and infectios since my op two year ago. ive no sensation to use my bladder and my bowel doesnt work with out help. was readmitted 5 weeks after the op, with a hematoma, which took eight weeks to go, since then ive had infections every two weeks, really bad pain, painfull intercourse, my realationship has since finished because of the stress. all i do is sleep. my gp says the is nothing wrong, but i know there is. i payed for a private doc, but all they did was to look at the other docs notes. im desperate now, as my life has been ruined
